City guide & map for Where Paris

Our brief

Where Paris wanted to help attract Chinese tourists to visit Paris’ many attractions and luxury shops during Chinese New Year by providing a free Chinese language city guide and map in association with China Union Pay. The guide needed to include advertising space for luxury retail and attractions and have these located on an accompanying map for extra visibility.

Solution

Our single PopOut with 32-page booklet was selected to provide a customised map of Central Paris and city guide information. The PopOut cover and booklet were given a gloss finish to enable the adverts to really stand out.

Result

The free guide was handed out to Chinese tourists in high-end hotels, Chinese banks, tourist agents and the Chinese embassy in Paris. Co-sponsor China Union Pay and the advertisers were pleased with the extra footfall that this marketing piece created during the Chinese New Year holidays. Where Paris were so pleased with the result that they have placed continuous orders with us.
