Accompanying brochure & map for Open University BBC TV series collaboration

Our brief

The Open University were collaborating with the BBC on a TV series called “The Secret History of Our Streets” and wanted to produce an accompanying tourist guide as a free giveaway to support the series and promote their social science modules.

Solution

Our PopOut with 16-page booklet was considered the best solution as the PopOut fold works perfectly for a map resource and the guide needed to cross-reference to an historic street map.

Format used

Single PopOut with booklet format includes:

  • Front & back covers
  • 2 inside facing covers
  • 1 inside cover
  • 1 booklet – typically 8-40 pages
