Store locator for Guerlain

Our brief

Guerlain’s flagship store at 68 Champs-Elysées underwent a major revamp to transform the customer experience and they wanted a multi-language marketing piece to promote this to their loyal customers visiting the city. It was crucial that the look and feel of the piece reflected their luxury brand qualities.

Solution

We used our closed gatefold with our retail map of Central Paris which pointed to the new store as well as 13 additional Guerlain stores in the city. We used an alternative tactile paper stock with gold foil to provide a real luxury feel. The piece was printed in English, French and Chinese.

Result

The PopOuts were distributed to customers in all of their Guerlain stores. They were also given to Chinese tour operators to capture their target Chinese demographic making all aware of the flagship reopening and reinforcing their luxury brand.
